Overview You will lead inventory balance analysis and digitization initiatives within the Materials and Inventory team. You will collaborate with Repair and Parts units to optimize regional inventory, while driving a cross‐functional digitization project and tightening excess and stratification insights. Your work supports harmonized North America processes and more accurate quarterly inventory planning. This role offers impact through data‐driven optimization, process improvement, and strategic leadership in a global energy technology company.Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory balance dynamics through input/output analysis with Repair and Parts teams
- Lead the Inventory digitization project (Inventory Clear Out Incentive Program Digitization) and coordinate cross‐functional activities
- Track and analyze regional inventory excess and root causes to propose mitigation strategies
- Analyze inventory excess stratification, identify trends, and suggest actions to senior leadership,



including AI enhancement considerations
- Harmonize North America inventory processes and procedures with the broader organization
- Perform material input estimation to support quarterly inventory planning and excess analysis
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Clear understanding of materials processes and planning and control systems xrdztoy
- Strong project management and consulting skills with cross‐functional influence
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, presentation and time management skills
- Organized, detail oriented and methodical
- Fluent English
