What You'll Do As a Product Designer at Huspy, you'll play a key role in shaping how our products look and feel from start to finish. You'll take full ownership of the user experience, collaborating closely with cross‐functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful features. Your work doesn't stop once a feature is released; Own the End‐to‐End UX: Take full responsibility for your designs, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience. Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and address any challenges during the development phase. Conduct Research:
Use user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user‐centred solutions. Continuous Improvement: Post‐launch, measure the impact of your designs through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data‐driven insights. Align design decisions with business goals, measure their impact and clearly communicate the value they deliver. The Perfect Match: required experience 4+ Years of UX/UI Design Experience: Proven experience designing for web, apps, e‐commerce, dashboards, and both B2 B and B2 C products. Fast Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to quickly validate design concepts and improve them.
