- Induce market research, identify customer needs and trends, and define (relevant) target markets**Collaborate in product development in R&D;**
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to conceptualize, plan, and execute new product development initiatives: continuous improvement and feedback to R&D;
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, define product features and specifications
- Being part of PERIs innovation initiatives.**Manage products across entire lifecycle**
- Prepare Product Business Plans (launch, development and implementation of product strategy)
- Product lifecycle management: Monitor product performance, analyze customer feedback and competition, determine phase-out and promote new product development for replacement**Organize product trainings and support**
- Induce product trainings (internal and external stakeholders)

- 3+ years of expertise in product management with PERI or in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of jobsite processes
- Customer focus and proficiency in driving product management incl. innovation
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term product/ R&D; strategies
- English is a must have (other languages are benefitial)
- Hands-on mentality
- High willingness to travel worldwide (min 30%) for subsidiary and customer visits as well as market research purposes
