**About The Role**:

- Gestione del processo di avvio progettuale in linea con le procedure di Gruppo.
- Pianificazione e gestione delle progettualità, dalla pianificazione alla chiusura.
- Coordinamento e supervisione dei team di progetto, inclusi team internazionali.
- Assicurare il rispetto dei tempi, del budget e degli standard di qualità.
- Facilitare la comunicazione efficace tra i vari stakeholder del progetto. Identificazione e gestione di rischi e criticità di progetto. **CARATTERISTICHE**: - Laurea STEM o in Economia.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Project Manager.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti internazionali.
- Capacità di lavorare proattivamente per obiettivi.
- Ottime doti relazionali.
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di problem-solving. **Altre caratteristiche**: - Conoscenza della lingua francese.
