Main Responsibilities
- Technical management of EU (i.e. PADR, EDIDP, EDF) and Italian (i.e. PNRM) funded projects;
- Take responsibility for multi-disciplinary engineering projects and teams: delivery to tight timescales, communicating through plans, presentations and written reports;
- Lead internal and external heterogeneous engineering teams to deliver with state-of-the-art solutions and optimal resources;
- Requirements derivation and management using recognised Systems Engineering Tools;
- Deliver System modelling and analysis to predict performance to system requirement specifications;
- Support the wider technical deliverables required for product development, such as peer reviews, procurement support and lab testing;
- Own and manage R&I; systems projects from concept, to design and test of functional demonstrators;
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
- Technical knowledge of system integrations development to be able to influence and guide developers and system architects on recommended technical solutions;




- Strengthen the network of technical excellence (i.e. universities and research centres) with which we collaborate on funded and co-financed projects;
- Support the Technological Scouting department to analyse the state-of-the-art of RF/Digital technologies and to perform benchmarking of internal solutions against the competitors driving the continuous improvement of the products. **Requirements**: - Digital and Analog (i.e. Radio Frequency and Microwaves) design skills along with component selection and prototyping experience;
- Proven experience in design of systems and/or subsystems with high level technological content;
- Experience in design and integration of Complex Electronic Systems;
- Fluency in English;
- 8+ years of HW Product or Program management experience (RF/digital electronics emphasis). Education Master's Degree (PhD preferred) in Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering
