**Planning & Fulfillment Specialist - Internship**:

We are searching for a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist who will join our electrification business located in Dalmine, Italy. As an intern you contribute to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory and forecast accuracy supported by lean tools whenever applicable and collaboration with the different stakeholders in the end-to-end Supply Chain. **Your responsibilities**: - Monitor suppliers’ performances in terms of on-time delivery and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Collaborate with Buyers for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead-time, and flexibility.
- Manage MRP (Materials Resource Planning) exception messages on a daily basis; support cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting.




- Expedite parts and manage quick ship request, communicate and expedite material issues.
- Be responsible for stock profile and segments the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and commercial policy, defining inventory policies according to this segmentation.
- Support Planning & Fulfillment team in align material availability to business targets.
- Support end-to-end planning of inventory incl. sales in excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice.
- Support internal customer service inquiries and organization in reaching inventory targets and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. **Your background**: - Student in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular on Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar) are considered a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Be creative, innovative and digitally smart.
- Ownership and problem solving attitude, result oriented. Agile approach.
