Product Manager CompuGroup Medical Italia Group (CGM Italia Group) is part of CompuGroup Medical SE, the multinational world leader in e-health. In Italy, it provides solutions for primary care physicians, pharmacies, dentists and medical specialists as well as for public organizations and patients. CompuGroup Medical is building a product suite for Doctors across Europe which is based on a unified Poly-Ambulatory Platform. For this ambitious project we are currently looking for a Product Manager for the Italian market. The role:
The Product Manager is the driving force behind the creation and development of profitable, high-growth products focusing on market and customer requirements. Your responsibilities: - Ensure the legally compliant introduction of our products to the market, familiarizing yourself with the analysis and implementation of all legal requirements.
- Evaluate product requirements and determine whether or not a core-product could be implemented in order to find a balanced solution and still satisfy the market needs.
- Determine the needs and requirements for the development and evolution (modules, tasks, variations, services etc.) of a product or product group from a market perspective.
- Create all necessary Business Plans and, after approval,



care for their implementation “in time & budget”, because Product Manager is the “owner” of the development investment process.
- Monitor and document the history of all new or further-developed products.
- Be responsible for ensuring that the implementation of product functions is correctly reflected in the product documentation, including promotional material.
- Ensure that ongoing product innovation is carried out.
- Support sales in the presales phase of large projects. Support and coordinate Dev Team.

- You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn. Role is based in Molfetta and we adopt a Hybrid working model.
