- Perform routine data extract requests from pre-existing queries.
- Answer general customer questions of reporting and query tools.
- Business Support **What we are looking for**: - Around 1 year experience in a similar role




- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
