We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.** We are looking for a Product Manager Neuro-Immuno & Intensive Care to lead the promotion of Grifols Neuro-Immuno & Intensive Care Products in Italy. **What your responsibilities will be** You will have the opportunity to: - Develop, present and implement a strategic marketing plan in line with approved global messaging strategy.
- Formulate and direct the promotional plan, public relations plan, medical education plan, budget and objectives for the assigned product in support of the strategic objectives.
- Support the position of the brand by creating and implementing plans and programs to defend and expand market share.
- Achieve market share goal for the assigned products. Constantly re-evaluate how resources are allocated and make recommendations in order to ensure that maximum return on investment is achieved.
- Identify, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders through knowledge exchange on cutting-edge scientific trends, ideas, practices in patient care as well as understanding the dynamics and unmet needs within the therapeutic areas.




- Maintain and develop relations with all Italian treatment centres and associated multi-disciplinary treatment staff.
- Strengthen alliances with cross-functional colleagues by support at medical conventions, advisory boards, clinical data presentations, company trial site identification and involvement in clinical or scientific projects of interest to Grifols.
- Act as product representative on internal and external committees and projects, as assigned.
- Adherence to local Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Practice and National Regulator requirements
- Creation, processing and / or translation of marketing materials and approval through the PromoMatsprocess. **Who you are** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - You have a university degree in Biological Science, Pharmacy or CTF or equivalent
- You have at least 5 years of similar experience in multinational or complex organizations
- Experience in areas of haematology/haemostasis & thrombosis/rare and orphan diseases would be an advantage
- Sales management experience
- You speak fluent English and Italian
- Strong organizational and time management skills, interpersonal communication skills and team player
