- Provide expert support related to Energy & Business Space Management solutions to the markets.
- Assist sales teams during pre-sales and sales phases, proposing solutions and adopting a proactive attitude.
- Define and implement processes and communication tools between markets and your team.
- Ensure efficient design of solutions, understanding customer needs and using standard configurations.
- Validate designs from local technical support teams, optimize solutions, and integrate unique selling points (USPs).




- Create technical detailed offer proposals and presentation documents for customers.
- Support sales during key meetings with consultants and customers, presenting technical solutions.
- Assist in contract reviews post-order and support project implementation from contract review to commissioning.
- Develop and manage a solution database, cataloging best practices and recurrent designs.
- Provide insights and advice to internal marketing departments to improve current offers or define future ones.
- Maintain high-level expertise through training and on-site presence, understanding competitive solutions. **Your Profile**
- Engineering degree or significant technical know-how.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge in Energy Distribution, Building Automation, Electromechanical systems, and design competencies.
- Familiarity with norms and standards, offer creation, contracting rules, and risk management.
- Leadership, Project Management, Networking, Communication, Customer Service.
- Intercultural competencies and Creativity.
