Experteer Overview You lead on‐site railway infrastructure projects in Italy, driving delivery as the primary project manager and on‐site representative. You shape schedules, budgets, and execution plans, aligning internal teams, contractors, and authorities to deliver on scope and milestones. You manage safety, quality, and technical compliance while driving risks and issues to practical solutions. This role offers the chance to contribute to sustainable logistics and collaborate across a diverse, international team.Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‐time execution of railway infrastructure projects in Italy as on‐site project manager
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain schedules, budgets, and execution plans
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, planners, and stakeholders to align objectives
- Oversee construction activities ensuring quality, safety, contractual, and technical compliance
- Monitor and control project performance: budget, schedule, resources, risks, scope; implement corrective actions
- Identify, assess,



and resolve issues and risks to maintain progress
- Prepare and maintain project reporting for management on progress, risks, costs, milestones
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders; represent company professionally
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements
- Implement BIM methodologies to enhance coordination and visualisation
- Maintain relationships with xrdztoy local authorities and municipalities
- Assist with land clarifications with local authorities and RFI
- Assist with building permit procedures
- Assist in technical site due diligence for upcoming Italian CargoBeamer locations

Requirements
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project; experience with iTWO and SAP is an advantage
- Fluent in Italian with professional English (minimum B2); German a plus
