Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Griante, Italy, for a Housekeeper who will form the operational backbone of the guest experience at one of Greyheath Hospitality's new villas. The Housekeeper ensures that every bedroom, bathroom and shared space a guest encounters is immaculate, considered and ready to the Greyheath standard, without variation. The role covers the full daily rhythm of villa housekeeping preparing rooms ahead of guest arrival,



delivering precise daily turndown service, maintaining public and common areas throughout the day, and managing laundry and linen with care at every stage. The Housekeeper also plays a key role in the personalised Greyheath experience by noting guest preferences and reporting maintenance issues promptly to the Butler. This is a task-execution role with a consistently high standard of output expected on every shift, operating within clearly defined processes set by the Villa Manager. Reliability, consistency and meticulous attention to detail are what define success in this role.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel, resort, or private villa environment is preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to consistently deliver guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to an exacting, non-negotiable standard
- Experience with linen and laundry management
