Experteer Overview In this role, you support TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries by educating them, enrolling in benefits, and guiding them through healthcare resources. Provide education and customer service on TRICARE resources, enrollment, and claims, in person and by phone
Provide basic claims status updates and support
Collect and record daily activities and OHI data in applicable systems
complete required training
Collaborate with team, support remote work, and train new staff
Bachelor in related field OR; High school diploma plus 8 years of specialized experience
~ Missione Visa and Soggiorno permit
~ 3+ years of customer service experience
~ Fluent in English; strong written and oralcommunication
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
