The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Account Support professional to join our team in Rome.

The successful candidate will support the Customer Service department in the day-to-day management of customer and business partner requests, working closely with the Operations, Ticketing, Sales, and Tour Delivery teams to ensure an outstanding travel experience from booking through to the completion of each tour.

This role requires accuracy,



strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
- Handle customer and partner inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Provide clear and timely information regarding bookings, itineraries, meeting points, amendments, and cancellations.
- Deliver prompt, professional, and high-quality customer service while adhering to company standards.

Booking Management
- Support the management of bookings and reservation changes.
- Verify availability, tickets, and all required documentation.
- Work closely with the Ticketing department to ensure the accurate handling of reservations.

B2B Account Support
- Assist OTAs, travel agencies, and business partners with operational issues and requests.
- Maintain proactive communication with partners to ensure consistently high service levels.

Operational Support
- Collaborate daily with the
