Specifically, when you join the Supply Chain & Operations Team in Milan, you
will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by
rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work
closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our
clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
* Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus
on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes,
revising the
organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the
Business
* Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through
business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance
* Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with
Program, Project & Change Management initiatives
* Target Operating Model Design

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
* A master’s degree in Management Engineering
* Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the
ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
* Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
* Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience
abroad
