**INTERNSHIP WORK EXPERIENCE** The resource will be framed as a 6-month internship with the objective of training and integration, at the offices in Milan and within the DAO ATHLETES Department. The resource will have to deal with: - manage relationships with sports Talents, also interfacing with sports groups, federations, family members and professionals appointed by them;
- interface with the representatives of Sponsors and Prospect companies in order to define sponsorship agreements and implement them
- Organize shootings related to the Talents' activities
- Supervise the talents' social channels
- Miscellaneous and any related to the Talents' sponsorship activities **HARD SKILLS**
- In addition to the Italian language, excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum B1).
- Excellent knowledge of the office package
- Knowledge of the general notions of Private Law with the ability to read and interpret a sponsorship contract
- Excellent knowledge of the main social network platforms **SOFT SKILLS**
- Excellent teamwork ability
- Willingness to travel, even on weekends
- Problem solving and organizational and logístical skills
- Emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
