- Assist in creating and revising project plans, ensuring they align with available resources, scope, and time constraints, and adjusting when necessary.
- Monitor project progress, identifying deviations from schedules, and recommending corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage project resources and budgets by allocating personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently, tracking costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle project documentation and meetings, preparing reports, managing key discussions, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, resolve issues,



and maintain alignment across departments throughout the project lifecycle. **Who You Are**: - +3 years of project management experience, ideally in a production environment
- A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; experience with Microsoft Project or similar software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
