**Job Summary** **Key purpose of the role**
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
- Ensure all building operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and efficiency of building systems.
- Oversee cleaning services to ensure the facility is clean and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with event planners to ensure facilities meet event requirements.
- Support on setup and teardown of event spaces, including furniture arrangement and technical setup.
- Provide on-site support during events to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure school facilities are maintained to support educational activities and safety standards.
- Collaborate with school administration to address specific facility needs and improvements.




- Coordinate with school staff to schedule maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to educational activities.
- Coordinate regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and compliance reports.
- Implement emergency preparedness plans and conduct regular drills with staff.
- Management of the facilities budget.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or safety.
- Approve purchase orders and invoices for maintenance supplies and services. **Education and Skills**
- Diploma or BA Degree in technical disciplines;
- At least 2 or 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- ISO and safety standards knowledge;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Ability to work in team;
- Ability to work under pressure.
