- The Demand & Supply Planning Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Demand and Supply Planning activities across the 2 italian subsidiaries (Medical Care and Dermocosmetic)._ Qui êtes-vous ? Key responsibilities 1.Develop and execute integrated demand and supply plans to meet customer service expectations, inventory targets, and cost objectives
2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure supply meets customer demand
3. Establish and monitor metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement
4. Analyze current supply and demand trends to forecast customer requirements and develop plans accordingly
5. Develop and monitor inventory turn goals and objectives to support business objectives
6. Develop and maintain close relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, including local production performed by 3PL but driven by the department.
7. Analyze and respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
9.
