**Position**:
The Woman RTW Collection Merchandising Assistant is responsible for overseeing the range of Ready-to-Wear products within our collections. This role involves market analysis, trend spotting, product selection, and strategic placement to maximize sales performance and brand consistency. **Job responsibilities**: - Analyze and process data for specific marketing purposes by preparing appropriate reports (sell-in, sell-out, composition of offers and purchases, benchmarking on the positioning of competitors' products, etc.)
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to create a cohesive collection that aligns with brand identity and consumer demand
- Support Collection development processes, including Collection briefs, competitive benchmark studies, market trends analysis, and focused deep-dives on strategic opportunities
- Support budget compilation and cost sharing with Product Managers
- Support pricing positioning considering financial targets and competitors **Profile**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in merchandising or buying within the fashion industry, particularly with RTW collections
- Excellent analytical skills paired with a creative mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
