MDOTM is looking for an outstanding Marketer with a strong business orientation, creativity and communication skills. You will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities & customer needs and shape the marketing strategy
- Plan, coordinate, & execute industry events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences and manage event logistics, including vendor relations, budgets, and on-site execution
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM systems
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance,



or a related field
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech or finance industry and/or SaaS platforms
- Experience in event management and organization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and content marketing
- Knowledge of digital marketing software
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Clear and effective communication, analysis and time management skills
- Analytical mindset
- Proficiency in English (C1 or above) **Premio Points**: - Experience with managing performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable ROI and optimize cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
