- Support our customer and Field Service Technicians in service cases related to PLC / PC / HMI and NETZSCH Connect via Remote Services
- Support our customer and Field Service Technicians onsite in the field if necessary
- As part of a strong Commissioning Team for new machines in wet and dry grinding at customer‘s site, short travels for signal exchange with customer’s SCADA system are required
- Participation in projects and developments related to Industry 4.0
- Communication with other Service Support Center and engineering department worldwide
- Onboarding in Germany and Spain up to 3 months (not consecutive)
- If not traveling, you work from home **Qualifications**
- Degree in engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent training or experience in a field of technology such as electrical, electro-mechanical or similar field




- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years‘ experience in machine maintenance
- Previous field service experience preferred
- Solid electrical/programming knowledge
- Experience in industrial PLC environment in Siemens (optional Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley)
- You have already experience in remote support
- Knowledge of drive technology and switchgear construction
- Knowledge and experience in Software creation with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal and the Visualization Software WinCC flexible
- Flexibility and up to 30-40% travel in Europe, in cases worldwide, required
