Wood is currently recruiting a **Tax Manager **to join our Team in **Milan**:
The role will include also a strong support to the Tax Director - **Europe **with the Transfer Pricing compliance for some entities in the Region as well as with the VAT and CIT compliance for identified entities of the Group. - Preparation and submission of the group’s commercial tax advice for cross border contracts in coordination with Group Tax function and the Tax Director - Region
- Management of the preparation and submission process for identified entities’ transfer pricing compliance including review of local files, master files,



and other transfer pricing documentation prepared by the external provider
- Implement process automation to drive efficiencies and manage risk
- Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation
- Assist the Tax Director - Europe in tax related matters including: queries from the business; Tax audits; and intercompany transactions Technical attributes: - ACA and/or CTA qualification or equivalent
- Preferable to have international tax experience gained in an in-house role
- Demonstrable ability to develop solutions when faced with challenges
- Excellent verbal communication skills and self-confidence to explain tax concepts to internal and external contacts at all levels
- Excellent project management, organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrable ability to meet deadlines under time pressure
