**About the Role**
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of business risks with insurance implications, identifying the best mitigation strategies.
- Define, negotiate and manage insurance contracts with brokers and insurance companies.
- Manage the insurance budget, optimising costs and coverage.




- Monitor compliance with insurance and risk management regulations.
- Analyse claims and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their efficient handling.
- Prepare risk reports for management and propose corrective actions.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g. Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure an integrated approach to risk management and consistent contracting.
- Assist the Head of Department in the evaluation of advanced risk management tools (e.g. captive).
- Keep abreast of regulatory and market developments in the insurance sector. **What You Need to Be Successful**
- 2-4 years of experience in the role
- Master’s degree in Economics or similar fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional knowledge of the English language
