A results-driven and strategic HR Manager with several years of experience in human resource management, employee relations, and HR operations. Skilled in handling various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. Expert at fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR policies align with organizational goals. Passionate about supporting employees and streamlining HR processes to enhance overall efficiency and engagement. **Key responsibilities**: - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a key point of contact for collaborators inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Support performance management processes and resources efficiency, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending solutions when necessary.




- Facilitate dialogue and interactions between collaborators and employer.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and HR development programs.
- Collaborate with employer to develop and implement collaborators engagement and professional growth initiatives.
