We're looking for a **strategic creative leader**who can evolve Unobravo's voice across all touchpoints, ensuring our message remains authentic and powerful as we scale. You'll bridge creativity and insights, developing frameworks that enable consistent, culturally-nuanced storytelling that advances our mission of making quality therapy accessible to all. AS A COPYWRITER LEAD YOU WILL: - Develop and oversee Unobravo's international verbal identity, crafting and implementing tone of voice guidelines that align with our brand values and resonate across cultures
- Build and lead a team of copywriters and transcreation specialists, while collaborating closely with the Creative Director and marketing leadership




- Own the implementation and evolution of our verbal identity across all touchpoints, from marketing campaigns to product interfaces
- Create and maintain comprehensive writing guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across markets and channels
- Lead transcreation initiatives to ensure our message maintains its impact across different languages and cultural contexts
- Develop compelling narratives and messaging frameworks for new product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Partner with the digital marketing team to craft high-converting copy for paid campaigns across platforms
- Mentor and develop writing talent while establishing quality control processes for all written content ️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE: - 6+ years of copywriting experience with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a high growth scale up or agency setting
- Proven experience in developing tone of voice guidelines and verbal identity systems for international brands
- Strong background in transcreation and adapting messaging for different markets and cultures
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in Italian and English, with the ability to maintain brand voice across various formats and channels
- Experience leading and mentoring writing teams while managing external partners and agencies




- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling narratives
- Demonstrated success in creating conversion-focused copy for digital marketing campaigns
- Project management skills with experience in establishing writing workflows and quality control processes
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities and presentation skills
- Italian native with fluent English, additional languages (FR & ES) are a plus
