We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HRBP Junior Intern to join our High Voltage Products unit in Lodi. What you’ll do: - Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day activities, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Assist in implementing HR processes through communication and analysis.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting for decision-making purposes.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training and employee engagement activities.




- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures. What we’re looking for: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR processes and strategic business partnership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
