We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. **Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?** You'll be in charge of: - Joining different on-campus events to collect CVs and to strengthen Amplifon Employer Brand;
- Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. **You are the right person if you have**: - A degree in Humanistic or Economics fields, with an HR background being a plus;
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, alongside proactivity and resiliency;
- The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines and promptly communicating any issues and potential solutions;
- Strong analytical skills (Excel) and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Miro/Canva);
