From Design phase (PDP) and through the manufacturing life of equipment, develop and provide relevant tools, recommendation and information in order to supply, manufacture, test and install the product at the right safety, quality, cost and LT levels. Support production to ensure achievement of customer project targets and implementation of preventive actions. **Your Mission**: - Follow the launch of a new equipment / deal in production from KOM (kick-off meeting) to FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
- Create the STD work, working instruction and master routing based on the configuration map.
- Design tools and jigs needed to assemble, manufacture and test components to commit in quality, cost and LT requirements.
- Participate to the design review with ETO and sourcing teams.
- Participate to the qualification of the module on the manufacturing activities.
- Support production team to ensure the achievement of customer project target.
- Propose corrective and preventive action in coordination with production.
- Define the master production data (Routing, sequence, hours.).
- Support of the analysis of the manpower hours on all activities per deals.




- Lead year over year cycle time reductions.
- Work with internal and external team, leading objectives and deadline. **Your Profile**:
**Level of education and languages**:
**Education**: - Master Degree in Engineering (mechanical and Industrial Engineering) or similar. **Computer Skills**: - Proficient in MS Office.
- SAP knowledge is a plus. **Language requirements**: - Fluent English, written and spoken.
- French is a plus. **Required experience and skills**: - Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools and methodology is an advantage.
- Leadership and communication skills be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions.
- Mechanical and Electrical skills / knowledge.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams.
- Project management attitude.
