- Follow and support the implementation of the new integrated Merchandising strategies coordinating the external Partners (that is supporting JTI all over Italy) and the Sales function.
- Support the team in the development of semi-permanent materials, following each step of the process (from the planning phase to the delivery to Sales Rep).
- Design new and innovative ways of communicating the main Brands Activities at POS (both temporary and semi-permanent POS Materials solution) with the support of the external creative agencies.
- Monitor and report internally competitor’s activities on Merchandising programs.
- Support the Field Force into the deployment of ad hoc projects in the Point of Sales.
- Provide tailored assessment and analysis to support the implementation of the Merchandising projects.



**_Within 6 months you will:_** Acquire knowledge and understanding of market environment and dynamics. **_Who are we looking for - requirements:_** University Degree
Fluent English
2/3 years of working experience in similar roles (proven experience in Sales is a plus)
Good project management skills
Strong communication skills, teamworking
Adaptability and flexibility skills
