For our site in **Tulucești, Romania**, we are looking for a **Construction Site Manager (M/F/d)**with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the supervision and operational management of construction sites related to renewable energy plants or, alternatively, civil or infrastructure works.
- Proficiency in the main computer tools, including general software (Office package), and preferably knowledge of the following software: AutoCAD, Primus, MS Project;
- Knowledge of technical aspects related to wind or photovoltaic plant construction sites or civil engineering works (roads, earthworks, ducts, reinforced concrete works);
- Knowledge of safety regulations on construction sites;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with stakeholders involved in the construction site (contractors, site managers, safety coordinators, project managers, consultants, etc.);
- Good command of the English language;
- Willingness to travel and conduct site inspections as required;
- Attention to detail and passion for the work;




- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team. **Main responsibilities will include**: - Studying and analyzing the executive design of the plant and the contracts for its execution;
- Preparing reports on the progress of works and providing updates to the project manager;
- Accepting deliveries and materials;
- Monitoring the progress of works against the schedule and ensuring adherence to contract specifications;
- Providing technical support for the bureaucratic procedures related to the construction site;
- Managing and organizing site inspections by the company’s team or external parties (consultants, public authorities, or contractors);
- Written and verbal communication with site managers, safety coordinators, project managers, internal engineering teams, and contractors to facilitate processes. Additionally, the individual will represent the company on-site in dealings with property owners or organizations involved in the works.
