- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Internship - Innovation Analyst** to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Innovation Division. **Mission**
- Support the development, coordination, and implementation of global innovation initiatives, focusing on strategic projects and Unfunded R&I; initiatives (i.e., innovation projects that don’t rely on external funding but drive strategic growth), within the Global Innovation Division. #LI-MR1**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the Unfunded R&I; strategy and roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and update internal innovation processes.
- Assist in managing and supporting innovation-driven projects across various corporate functions.
- Help with research and analysis of emerging trends & technologies, and market insights to inform innovation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovation processes, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement.
- Assist in tracking and reporting the progress of innovation initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive innovation and ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to the promotion of Unfunded R&I; initiatives, enhancing visibility and engagement within the organization. **Qualifications**
