And that’s where you come in. **Description** **Accountabilities** Perform on site corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance with the contractual KPIs Provide on-site support to Customer Maintenance personnel Monitor, analyse and report on site system performance Perform first level of troubleshooting on site in case of issues Download logs and dump files from on-site equipment and provide first level of analysis Ensure the availability of local stock and repair process activation Ensure the technical reporting issuing to the customer on-site maintenance and system performance Analyse and provide solutions to project technical issues (critical failures of equipment, obsolescence...)



Activate escalation process to ENG or DEV department in case of major failure Keep up to date the technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures Ensure the hand-over between Commissioning and Maintenance **Required Skills/ Knowledge** Railway equipment/environment Testing & Fault finding Incident/accident investigation Knowledge of technologies Knowledge of tendering process Maintenance Organizational Effectiveness Railway Safety Rules & Regulations 2 years of experience Use of Maintenance tools driving license Knowledge of computers and the main platforms Based in Verona to cover the North-East area: Veneto, Trentino, Friuli and Austria **Education/Qualifications** High School diploma or degree in Electronics/Electrotechnics.
