- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based, and structured learning activities that support early childhood development.
- Foster language, social, emotional, and cognitive development through storytelling, music, movement, and creative play.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
- Create a warm, stimulating, and well-organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
- Support children in developing early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills through hands-on learning experiences. **Child Development and Well-being**
- Observe and assess children’s progress, using formative and summative assessments to guide learning.
- Provide individual support and guidance to children, fostering confidence and independence.
- Encourage positive social interactions, emotional resilience, and respectful communication among children.

- Prepare and organize learning materials, classroom displays, and educational resources.
- Supervise children during transitions,



break times, and school events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity in the Early Years curriculum.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. **Qualifications and Skills**:
**Essential**: - A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, EYFS qualification, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching in an Early Years setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development.
- Ability to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English. **Desirable**: - Experience teaching in an international or British school setting.
- Knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework or similar curricula.
- Additional language skills, particularly in French or Italian.
