BBVA Italy is looking for an associate-level banker with 4+ years experience in
Corporate and Investment Banking, ideally with successful current or past
experience in Coverage Department focusing on the large corporate client
relationships in Italy.
- The origination of Corporate and Investment Banking operations, with focus on the documentation draw up and all administrative tasks
- The coverage of existing relationships. **Major/Essential Job Duties**: - Support the Senior Bankers in the origination of Corporate and Investment Banking operations and in the coverage of existing relationships.
- Provide compelling financial and market analysis to support internal proposals for new business opportunities and collaborate in the elaboration of the documentation for internal needs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and pitches to current and prospective clients.
- Support the team by getting market information, preparing reports and benchmarking analysis.




- Liaise with CIB product specialists in Italy and abroad in order to find new business opportunities.
- Support the Coverage team in registering, modifying and updating business opportunities with clients in internal platforms.
- Support the Coverage team in the KYC process **Qualifications**: - Education: MSc Degree in Finance and/or Economics and/or Accounting.
- Professional Background: at least 4 years experience in Corporate and Investment Banking, ideally successful current or past experience in Large Corporates Coverage in Italy.
- Languages: Italian Native, fluent in English, Spanish is considered a plus.
- Technical skills: good knowledge of accounting, financial and valuation techniques; good numerical and analytical skills. Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: teamwork and analytical approach; attention to details; proactivity and problem solving attitude; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritisation. **Skills**:
