As a Quality and Safety Junior Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our standards high and our operations safe. You'll be involved in improving processes, supporting environmental certification efforts and making sure that everything we do - from products to procedures - meets both internal expectations and external regulations. Your day-to-day will touch on many aspects of Quality and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment),



giving you the chance to make a real difference across the board. Few examples of responsibilities: - **HSE Documentation Management**: Gather and compile data to create technical documents related to safety and environmental standards at Caracol.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Foster relationships with Italian public entities and consultants who assist us in maintaining safety, health, and environmental standards.
- **Safety Employee Monitoring**: Oversee the use and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE/DPI) to ensure employee safety.
- **Quality Support**: Collaborate with the team to support quality initiatives aimed at achieving environmental certification (ISO 14001). **Ideal Background**: - Possession of a Degree, preferably with a specialization in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), which will be considered a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a role with contact with the quality/safety function.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Flexibility, precision, organization, and strong communication skills.
- English language at intermediate level (B2).
