- You will lead the indirect sales organization toward the achievement of sales targets
- You will develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the national sales strategy
- You will manage completion of budgets and regular sales reporting
- You will cooperate with Marketing, Product Management and Sales Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning
- You will ensure sales agents and business partners are trained and aligned with the sales & marketing strategy and objectives




- You will develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders at the account and regional level **Your expertise**: - _ At least 15 years’ experience in Diagnostics market in a commercial role_
- _ Deep knowledge of the Italian POC diagnostics market_
- _ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, communication and teamwork_
- _ Advanced English, written and spoken_
