**Job description** **Key activities**
- Internal coordination with the researchers and technical project coordinators.
- Support to the coordination of international consortiums: overall responsibility for the complete management of the project in close cooperation with the technical project coordinator.
- Communication with international project partners.
- Budget preparation and management.
- Negotiation and representation with/to the European Commission.
- Representation of MEDEA in consortia’s meetings (both online and face2face)
- Preparation and processing projects’ technical and financial progress monitoring.
- Management of the related reports and deliverables preparation.
- Organization and management of plenary meetings.
- Support the preparation of new project proposals.
- Dissemination activities’ coordination and support.
- Support MEDEA’s positioning, exploitation and internationalization **Knowledge & experience**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position working in the area of R&D; projects industrial, technological field,



as well as in applied research projects.
- Proficient in English, at least B2 level or equivalent (both verbally and in written) Other languages will be considered.
- Knowledge in writing and presenting projects in the field of European and International R&D; funding programs is valued.
- Knowledge in the field of innovation in the healthcare domain will be highly valued. **Required skills & competences**
