**CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (Native French Speaker with Italian and English language required)** **Key Responsibilities**
- Interact with customers to identify needs and take appropriate action, or escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide quotes, assist with orders, and manage customer complaints.
- Resolve customer issues, including shipping problems, and offer product recommendations or suggestions.
- Manage any warehouse or logistics-related problems.
- Proactively work to prevent delays in the supply chain that could affect customer deliveries. **What You'll Need to Succeed**
- Native French speaker with a high level of fluency in Italian and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to empathize with customers and anticipate their needs, both nationally and internationally.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
