You will be primarily responsible for monthly financial reporting and analysis, as well as coordinating statutory activities. The activities will include (but are not limited to): - Develop, lead, and execute financial analysis to support the management in the strategic choices about business.
- Prepare and analyze monthly closings, financial reports, and cash-flows.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the key functions in the Target Pricing & Costs activities.
- Analyze process performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Develop and implement internal control processes.




- Contribute to process standardization across department.
- Improve accounting processes and procedures developing corrective action, if necessary.
- Support the management of State contribution and business incentives.
- Assure compliance with all processes to cover the risks management.
- Coordinate the accounting team and drive the regular statutory and tax accounting process.
- Manage the preparation of the annual statutory financial statements.
- Establish successful cooperation with key functions to identify quick wins to deliver efficiency and productivity in a short-term objective. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Master’s Degree in Economics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in management control in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles and practices, laws, and administrative / accounting regulations.
- Experience in accounting treatment of multi-year projects under ITA GAAP.
- High sensitivity to detail and precision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise teams, with previous experience in managing people considered a strong asset.

- IFRS/US GAAP knowledge will be considered as a plus.
