Main Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment with the Business Functions for continuous verification of consistency, completeness, correctness and updating of data relating to the movement of military and dual use goods;
- Draft of preliminary authorization requests (Contractual Negotiations, SeRNI, Product Information Sheet, Free Disclosure, Exhibitions) and movement authorization requests (Licenses);
- Create an Authorization System to support the contract, ensuring its continuous updating;
- Interact with Civil and Military authorities and partner companies’ departments to resolve critical points and to achieve common objectives;
- Analyze, prepare and submit to the Authority reports regarding the movement of goods;
- Manage the activities aimed at the renewal and revision of company authorisations in the field of military use goods (SeRNI; TULPS);
- Support conducting ispections and auditing;
**Requirements**: - Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience in managing relationships with military and civil authorities is a plus;
- Knowledge of Trade Compliance regulation;
Education
Master's Degree in Law, Humanities or related fields.
