- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Management Engineering Consultant** to join its office in **Genova**within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division. **Mission**-
**Key Accountabilities**Perform process analysis and mapping activities, supporting organizational improvement initiatives.-
Develop and maintain RACI matrices and other process governance tools.-
Contribute to project management tasks including planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up.-
Support the definition and documentation of processes in areas such as quality, organization, and supply chain.-
Assist in internal and external audit activities, working alongside lead auditors (second and third-party audits).-
Participate in digital transformation and quality strategy projects, including regulatory compliance assessments.**Education**
- Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Engineering General**Qualifications**Good command of English (minimum B1 level), both written and spoken.-
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.-
Customer-oriented approach with a consulting attitude.-
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.-
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.-
