If you're passionate about exploring real people's behaviors, needs, and pain points—and turning them into strategic insights—you might be the right fit for us.Your Impact- Conduct end-to-end user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.)




- Collaborate closely with design, development, and product management teams
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Contribute to research culture and internal documentation
About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are able to work in an agile environment, providing teamwork that will always be recognized and appreciated. What you should bring: - At least 3 years of experience as a User Researcher
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience in regulated or complex fields (e.g., healthcare, public administration, medical, fitness, tech)
- Proficiency with tools like Maze, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Figma, Notion, Excel
