- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Project Manager** to join its office in Genova, Roma or Napoli within the Aerospace & Defence Division. **Mission**-
**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Assist in defining resource needs, assigning tasks, and supporting team coordination.
- Contribute to budget tracking and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to regular reporting activities. **Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General- Master’s Degree in Management Engineering**Qualifications**
- 1-4 years of experience managing medium-complexity projects or multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and resource coordination across disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, assigning tasks effectively based on skills and roles.




- Good understanding of engineering principles and ability to collaborate with technical experts to ensure accurate integration of technical inputs.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera); familiarity with engineering tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- English B2.
