**Defence PMO**:
TXT e-Tech, a TXT Group company, is looking for a PMO with at least 1 year's experience in the role to join our support team for an important defence programme.
**Main responsibilities**:
Planning, monitoring and control of project activities, with management of time, costs, resources and deliverables in accordance with the project SOW;
Drafting and updating Gantt, progress reports and cost brochures, including Estimate at Completion and Work Load Forecast;
Project budget management, deviation analysis,



costing and preparation of periodic financial reports;
Risk register management and support in strategic and operational planning, also using tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera;
Coordination and participation in internal and external meetings (with clients and partners), including Sector Review and sharing of project outputs.
**Required Technical Skills**:
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
Good command of the Microsoft Office package and of the main project management tools (MS Project, SAP, ARM, Primavera);
Knowledge of project management methodologies and cost controlling skills.
**Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
Excellent strategic planning skills, aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving, strong organisational skills, leadership and decision-making abilities complete the profile.
