A unique opportunity is available within the Italian Engineering team for a highly motivated **Engineering Standards Specialist**. This key role will contribute to the strategic growth and operational continuity of the Standard Office. The position plays a pivotal part in defining, maintaining, and evolving engineering standards and technical documentation across the organization. **Minimum Requirements**
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry **Essential Skills and Attributes**
- Solid technical background with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of materials and standard component processes (e.g. surface and heat treatments)
- Experience in supplier management and qualification processes
- Familiarity with SAP system
- Excellent organizational skills, precision, and accountability
- Capacity to work independently and in cross-functional teams
