**Role overview**:
**Main Responsibilities**: - Develops and leads strategy for key relationships (brands / influencers / agencies)
- Onboards key new brands / influencers / agencies and nurtures relationships
- Ensures positive outcome of gifting campaigns, and works with other team members to complete campaigns in a timely manner
- Regularly goes the extra mile to achieve targets/KPIs and to inspire colleagues
- Expert on competitor activity
- Represents Metapic at industry events
- Reports back weekly to the Team Lead with performance highlights, red flags, opportunities and ideas
- Helps to train and assist other team members
- Regularly brings new ideas into discussion
- Confidently plans and executes brand / influencer / agency events alongside other team members
- Suggests new ways to innovate and keep clients / influencers / agencies lifetime value high
- Ownership of media / influencer / agency decks
- Makes data-driven decisions to increase revenue
