This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Opportunity & Lead Management Intern in Milan with Signify.
- Provide daily support and training to agencies on the C4C tool to improve autonomy.
- Create, edit and monitor Trade and Public Sector opportunities in the CRM.
- Classify and assign incoming leads to the appropriate internal teams.
- Convert qualified leads into accounts, contacts or opportunities in C4C.
- Support customer requests related to orders, materials,



and product issues. **More about you**:
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening: - You are fluent in **Italian and English**: - You’re pursuing or have completed a degree in **Management Engineering**, Business, or a related field.
- You have good command of **Excel, Word**, and ideally knowledge of **C4C or other CRM systems**.
