We are looking for a resourceful **Business Development Representative** to join our Sales team in Milan. We embrace flexibility through a hybrid working schedule, with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home each week, fostering a balance of collaboration and productivity. **Core responsibilities**: - Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research new accounts,



identify key players and generate interest through inbound demand generation activities coordinated with Marketing
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory **Key requirements**: - 3+ years of experience in the software sales industry, preferably in the EPM/CPM space
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian; fluency in English and Spanish would be a plus
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of financial processes will be considered a plus
