A professional, experienced nanny is required to join a family based in central Florence. The household is fully staffed, including a hands-on mother and a live-in au pair. The family has four children aged 6 months, 4, 6, and 8 years, with the three eldest attending the French International School. Overview Position: Full-Time Nanny Location: Florence, Italy (walking distance from city centre) Start Date: Flexible Days/Hours: Sunday-Thursday, approx. 8:00am-6:30/7:30pm, with evening babysitting 1-2 times per week Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care for four children, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment School runs, driving children to activities (car provided) Assist with daily routines, mealtimes, play, and homework support as appropriate Flexibility for evening babysitting and occasional travel with the family Working in partnership with the mother and au pair to ensure smooth household operations Previous live-in nanny experience (essential)
